TYPO3 is one of the most successful Content-Management-Systems in the world with hundred of thousands of installations. Comprehensive project planning is essential to success when you have a TYPO3 project running. Only comprehensive and structured planning will lead to the desired and sustainable success. The infamous "bad surprises" will be terminated in the run up to the project. Reasonable project planning for us means that you choose a very experienced project manager who will be at your disposal to help you with words and deeds at any time. He will plan and manage the entire project. Controlling will also have to be very transparent so that you will not be left with any questions.

Large and international projects in particular are often run by - sometimes quite complex- processes. An example for one of the processes would be integrating internal systems including user-authentification as well as safety aspects. TYPO3 allows for processes to be adjusted to your needs. Very often you will also have space for optimization measures. We will identify eventual weak points and will adjust the processes as required. And if you wish we will submit adequate optimization suggestions.
