Thorough conception and planning at the beginning of every TYPO3-project is therefore essential for the success of any project.
In-depth analyses and working out the specific requirements in the run up of the project will set the right course for the TYPO3 project. This will save project costs and makes it possible to specify a reliable time schedule.
We attach great importance to a comprehensive concept phase as daily operation shows that clear specifications and definitions will at a later stage overcompensate the initial conception costs. In other words: An extensive and meticulous project planning in the run up will help you save project costs in the medium term.
TechDivision's proceeding:
The project starts with a kick-off workshop with all the people involved in the project. In this workshop all of the project requirements will be assessed and put down. After this we will draft a so-called pre-concept in which all regquirements are put down and which will form the base for the user requirements specification. Your individual requirements are then applied to TYPO3.
The result from the conception phase will be a very detailed project description taking into account all requirements, parameters and characeristics of the project. This way you will know from the beginning what the expected final results will look like. This brings more security for everyone involved.
