Job APPLICATION FORM, APPLICATION E-MAIL
If you send us a job application and/or application documents via the application form, we will additionally encrypt your data before transmission by PGP due to the special sensitivity of application documents. Alternatively you may encrypt the data yourself by PGP and send them via E-Mail to us; you will find an instruction at https://www.techdivision.com/karriere/bewerbungsformular.html. We will store your data for the further processing of your application and until the application process is finished and we will subsequently delete them taking into account the legal retention periods. In case you want the further storage for later application procedures (applicant pool), you have to give your express consent to the further storage in the course of the application procedure. In our blog (not on the remaining website) we use so-called Social Media Buttons, such that you can share contents in the social networks Facebook, Twitter, XING and LinkedIn. EMAIL DISPATCH VIA MAIL CHIMP
The registration for our newsletter, the input form for receiving download content (e.g. white paper) will be made by MailChimp, a newsletter distribution platform of the US provider Rocket Science Group, LLC, 675 Ponce De Leon Ave NE, Suite 5000, Atlanta, GA 30308 USA. The e-mail addresses of our recipients and possibly also their names will be stored on the servers of MailChimp in the USA. Our e-mails include a so-called “web beacon“, i.e. a pixel-size file called up when the newsletter is opened by the server of MailChimp.
