Our company headquarters is powered exclusively by certified green electricity.
Intelligent lighting
By using energy-saving lighting with brightness sensors, we noticeably reduce our energy consumption in everyday life.
Sustainable mobility
Our business travel policy favors public transport wherever possible.
Electrified vehicle fleet
Our company fleet is gradually being converted to electric and hybrid vehicles. We have our own wallboxes for employees.
Hardware with Second Life
We leave hardware that is no longer needed to our employees for private use - for an extended life cycle and less electronic waste.
Responsibility in everyday office life
We rely on office furniture made in Germany - durable, high-quality, fairly manufactured.

Green software development
For us, sustainability does not end with the infrastructure. When developing digital solutions, we also pay attention to lean, high-performance code and efficient architecture in order to actively reduce the server load, energy consumption and CO₂ emissions of digital applications.

We calculate our ecological footprint every year and try to derive further optimizations from the results - we pay attention to even small improvements or measures.
