The aim of the project was to migrate the online store already developed by TechDivision based on Magento 1 to Magento 2 with improved functions and thus create a solid basis for further development.
To guarantee customers an optimal shopping experience, user-friendliness was to be improved, the checkout process simplified, and loading times accelerated. At the same time, the design of the store was also to be further developed.
Customers planning a shelving system in the connected 3D shelf planner should be pleased with the improved connection, making the purchase of more complex shelving systems even clearer
After the Magento 1 online store was realized based on the community edition, Regalraum decided to use the Magento 2 Commerce solution after thorough testing. In particular, the maintenance of the extensive content for different output channels will be significantly simplified.
